Come again the annoying virus that always display a message box say “ This Computer Is Being Attacked” on your screen like a screensaver. 
We notice there are some process like : global.exe, keyboard.exe… in Task Manager.
When your computer infected by this kind of viruses, you will get the following error when trying to open Adobe Photoshop and the other ‘bigger’ software.
“This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.”
Solution:
For this viruses, you just install the Symantec Enpoint Protection v11 with the latest virus definition. It will detect and delete all those viruses from your system. But what the fuck of those viruses is you still not be able to open Adobe photoshop.exe or other program and you can not access to the control panel or control panel applet.
