As my previous post about how to solve the Viruses “This computer is being attacked” viruses. This viruses will disable some important programs in your computer to be run. It will display the message ” This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” every time you try to open any programs.
This problems because of the viruses have created the Registry key with a list of program ( photoshop.exe, wmplayer.exe, …. ) and disable it to be run. So you can easily re-enable it, no need to re-install your windows.
Before you can enable those programs, you have to make sure that there is no any viruses in your system.
Then click start > run > type “regedit” and browse to the following location :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer\
There will have a key name “Disallowrun”, please open it and set value to ” 0 ”

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer\Disallowrun
In this folder contain all the disabled program, So you can delete any keys as you want to enable.
